2. Detailed description of goods and/or services
THE Socks wholesales and retails a verity of socks within the textile and clothing industry.

3. Shipping & Delivery
•Online Orders:
Subject to product availability and Reflection of payment in full, orders will be processed within 3-5 working days, including delivery.
Shipping costs are specified at the time of checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and other factors.

•Online Orders – Cancellations:
There will be a 10% administration fee should the client cancel an order.
THE Socks will refund the client within 30 days.

•Custom Orders:
Subject to product availability and Reflection of payment in full, orders will be processed within 10-14 working days and delivery date confirmed by email.


•Custom Orders – Cancellations:
There will be a 25% administration fee of the total value should the client cancel a confirmed order.
THE Socks will refund the client within 30 days.

4. Exporting
This option is available to clients worldwide; the additional shipping costs will be for the client’s account.
THE Socks is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred during international shipping.

5. Refunds and Return policy
We THE Socks do accommodate for Returns but please note the below:

The provision of goods and services by THE Socks is subject to availability.

Refunds can only take place within 14 days from the purchase of goods.
THE Socks will fully refund the client within 30 days should the customer meet all required points for the “Condition of Socks”.

Condition of socks:
The Socks must be Unused; Unwashed; Damage free & in the original packaging with original Tags.

Shipping of Socks:
The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs TO and FROM THE Socks HQ based in Stikland Industrial, Bellville. The customer is also welcome to travel themselves to come and make the return in person.

Exchanging Socks:
The customer is also welcome to exchange the pair(s) of socks for a different Design/Colour in the same Style.
We also are willing to accommodate customers that would like to Exchange the pair(s) for a different Style, However the customer will be required to pay the difference in price.

Damaged socks:
If the customer reports the goods as damaged, they are to return it to THE Socks for investigation. Only if the sock(s) is found to be faulty due to manufacture, a new pair(s) will be replaced at the Companies cost, but the transport costs thereof remain that of the customer.

7. Accepted Payment options
Payment may be made via EFT or Visa / MasterCard.

8. Currency
Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

9. Responsibility
THE Socks takes responsibility for aspects relating to the transaction which regards to the sale of goods and services on this website, customer service and support, delivery of goods and dispute resolution should any arise.

10. Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and THE Socks selects Cape Town as the domicile country for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, other documents, or communication of any nature.
